The company was established in 1950 in Beirut, Lebanon and was transferred to Egypt in 1977 where the company began its continuous development and expansion.
An affiliate company called High Fashion (private free zone) was also established, producing ready to wear knitwear and textile products.
Today it has become one of the leading manufacturers in Egypt.
